Salisbury and the rural stretch west of Moncton is acreage country — people building on land, with the outbuildings that go with it.
West of Moncton along the Petitcodiac, the lots get bigger and the builds get more varied. Salisbury and the surrounding rural area is where we do more standalone garages, shops and agricultural-style structures alongside the houses.
Rural builds bring their own sequencing. Services, driveways and site prep all have to be right before framing starts, and material deliveries need turning room. None of that is difficult — it just has to be planned rather than assumed.
