Multi-unit residential. Townhouse rows and three-storey walk-ups at framing, at wrap, and finished.
Framing. Wall panels going up, structures wrapped and closed in before the weather turns.
Siding and exteriors. Mixed elevations with stone, full siding packages, soffit, fascia and trim detail.
Commercial. Wood-slat frontage and exterior cladding on a working commercial building.

The four stages

Every project on this page passed through the same four stages. Here is what each one actually involves on site.

Somebody owning the schedule, the trades and the sequence — so the build does not lose a week at every handoff.

Square, plumb and level, closed in before the weather turns. Every trade after this inherits whatever we leave them.

The housewrap, flashing and fastening behind the siding are what keep water out on this coast. The siding is the easy part.

Doors, trim, stairs and built-ins — the only part of the build a client looks at every single day.
