On a house the constraint is weather and sequence. On a commercial job it is usually the business: a lease start date, a tenant waiting to move in, or a storefront that cannot be closed during trading hours. The construction is often simpler than a custom home; the scheduling rarely is.
A commercial elevation does more work than a residential one — it is signage, brand and first impression at once. The wood-slat commercial frontage in our gallery is that kind of job: the detailing at corners, reveals and terminations is what makes it read deliberately rather than merely covered.
Evenings, weekends and phased work so a business keeps trading. Tell us the operational constraints at quote stage and we will build the programme around them instead of asking you to work around us.
The trade
