The Memramcook valley is one of the oldest continuously settled Acadian areas in the province, and the housing reflects it: a mix of long-held family homes on generous lots, farm properties, and newer infill for people who want acreage within commuting distance of Moncton.
The work splits between new rural builds and substantial renovation — additions, re-siding, and bringing older exteriors back to a standard that holds up.
Ten minutes from Dieppe, so scheduling is easy. Rural lots mean checking driveway access and turning room for deliveries before the first load arrives.

You will get a written scope with the work itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included. If something we find during the build changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than on the final invoice.
