Cap-Pelé is the far end of our coastal run and one of the most strongly Acadian communities in the province. Almost everything here is built facing the water.
Cap-Pelé is a working coastal village — fishing, smokehouses, and a shoreline of cottages and year-round homes strung along the strait. It is also overwhelmingly francophone, and most of our conversations here happen in French.
The building conditions are the harshest we work in. Exposure is direct, wind loading is real, and anything under-fastened or poorly flashed does not survive a single winter intact. Post-tropical storms are not a theoretical risk on this shore either — the region remembers Fiona clearly.
Cap-Pelé is the furthest east we run regularly. We batch coastal work where we can, so tell us your timing early and we will line it up with other jobs on the shore.
Call or send the form with roughly what you are planning, whether you have drawings, and when you would like to start. For anything substantial we will come and look at the site — free, and with no obligation.
You will get a written scope with the work itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included. If something we find during the build changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than on the final invoice.

How we work
You can take all four or any one of them. Most Cap-Pele clients who take all four do it for the same reason: there is nobody left to blame the other trade.
Questions
Oui. Cap-Pele is a strongly Acadian community and we work in French here as a matter of course - on site, with clients and with suppliers.
A lot. Fastening schedules, housewrap laps and flashing all have to account for direct exposure off the strait. It is the same siding product, installed to a different standard.
Yes - envelope repairs after wind damage are regular work along this shore. If you have a claim running, we will document what we find so it matches what your adjuster is looking at.
